aspell-eu software package provides Basque (Euskera) dictionary for aspell, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install aspell-eu
aspell-eu is installed in your system.
Make ensure the aspell-eu package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep aspell-eu *
You will get with aspell-eu package name, version, architecture and description in a table
